“How to enter” – available options
Two basic options for submitting entries are available:
- Hardcopy entries
Entries need to be submitted on a printed paper copy of the entry form
Once completed, these forms need to be mailed, emailed or hand-delivered to the NEA Office, where they will be processed.
To complete these forms, you need the item numbers for the relevant items.- For a hardcopy entry, you therefore need the following documents/information:

- Online entries
Online entries can be submitted directly onto the NEA online database by the registered school, studio, parent or participant.To submit an entry online, the following steps are required:
- Register an online profile for yourself or your school
- Register an online profile for the participant that you want to enter
- Add an entry for this participant
