Video & Art Entries: Closing, submission dates & fees
DEADLINE for ENTRIES EXTENDED!
Standard fee: 11 AUGUST
Late Bird fee: 21 AUGUST
Entry fees are determined by the DATE of submission and whether it is online or in hardcopy format. A higher fee is charged for entries submitted in hardcopy format and/or at later stage.
Please note: Video & Art entries will be adjudicated in 3 sessions and should reach the NEA Office before 16:00 on ANY of the following dates (hand deliveries) or midnight (online submissions):
Session 1: 01 Aug 2025
Session 2: 29 Aug 2025
Session 3: 19 Sep 2025
Please note: The entry fee for an individual and a group video entry is the same.

- Please note that all reading and unprepared items are excluded from video submissions. This is because they require the input of the adjudicator before performance hence they cannot be pre-recorded. For more information check the requirements in the Speech and Drama Prospectus. Reading items may be entered as Virtual entries when live participation is not possible.
