Entry fees are determined by the following:
- number of participants in an entry
- date of entry
- format of submission (Online or in Hardcopy format)

The following Online entry fees and closing dates for LIVE & VIDEO entries apply to all Diploma recipients in the 2025 season of the National Eisteddfod of SA*
* PLEASE NOTE: The option to submit a VIDEO ENTRY is ONLY available to qualifying participants in Eisteddfod 2025 residing OUTSIDE Gauteng.

The following entry fees for LIVE & VIDEO entries apply to Qualifying Participants in Other Festivals during 2025 wanting to submit entries for the Young Performer Awards Competition 2026 *
(NB Participants from Other Festivals can only submit hardcopy entries .)
