Closing date for Video & Art Entries 2026

Video & Art Entries: Closing, submission dates & fees

Entry fees are determined by the DATE of submission and whether the submission is online or in hard copy. A higher fee is charged for entries submitted in hardcopy format and/or at a later stage.

Please note: Video & Art entries will be adjudicated in 3 sessions and should reach the NEA Office before 16:00 on ANY of the following dates (hand deliveries) or midnight (online submissions):

Session 1: 31 Jul 2026
Session 2: 31 Aug 2026
Session 3: 18 Sep 2026

Please note the following:
The entry fee for an individual and a group video entry is the same.
All reading and unprepared items are excluded from video submissions. These categories require the adjudicator’s input prior to the performance; hence, they cannot be pre-recorded.
