Call for entries 2021

The  National Eisteddfod Young Performer Awards competition is known as the most prestigious event of its kind in South Africa. 

The Young Performer Awards Competition is presented over 3 – 4 elimination rounds (as determined by the particular category).  The Final Round in 2021 will see Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, as well as cash prizes awarded to the best performers in music, dance and drama.

Young Artist Award Competition 2021

The  National Eisteddfod Young Artist Award Competition, launched in 2013, provides an opportunity for top achievers in the Creative and Visual Arts. It provides a next level of competition for the future Ester Mahlangu and Irma Sterns of our country.

All artworks will be adjudicated by a panel of adjudicators that will include arts educators and artists from the arts industry.
