A representative Board of Directors, appointed at an Annual General Meeting, determines the strategic direction of the association. A full-time Chief Executive Officer and an administrative office manage the day-to-day operation of the organization. Additional temporary staff members and assistants support the annual roll-out of the festival in the various areas.
